In April 2026, I was honored to speak alongside other incredible trial lawyers across the country with the AAJ TBI litigation group as part of the members-only seminar before the AAJ TBI College seminar.
My topic was about storytelling in the three-second world as it relates to trials, based on Brendan Kane's book Hook Point. Noah Moss, an amazing talent in the world of trial lawyering, writing, and story telling, and I have discussed this topic for years and it was insightful to put thoughts from this book and approach into a presentation.
With this seminar and AAJ in general, it's always a pleasure to be a part of a community that cares so much about learning and sharpening our skills for our best ability to represent our clients.
