"Taking cases to trial in my opinion is the only way to know how to represent a person. Trying cases shows the other side and the Judges you're serious and you know what you're doing at a very deep level.
My level of experience was calculated over the last 17 years. I've tried 70+ jury trials and know how to put a case together to best tell the experiences of my clients.
Do all cases go to trial? No. But many of them do. If you prepare for trial, it increases the chance of resolution if that's what's best."

About
Eric is a personal injury trial lawyer.
Since becoming a licensed attorney in 2009,
Eric has tried 74 cases to verdict: 71 as jury trials.
He cares deeply about being able to reverse roles with the witnesses in his trials. Eric loves to dive into who he represents to best express the cases, what happened, who is at fault, and how his clients have been deeply affected.
Eric attended the 3-week Trial Lawyers College and in 2018 was asked to start teaching with TLC. Eric now co-leads one of two graduate courses with TLC.
He holds strong beliefs about early case organization, structure, and execution. One major approach to hold Defendants accountable is by taking a strong lead and remaining on the offense. Insurance Companies and the Defense Industry responds more to attorneys who are ready for trial, and Eric has earned and continues to prove his career as a trial lawyer.
Eric also blogs and podcasts regularly on emerging legal topics and teaches regularly across the country regarding trial skills and approaches (see below).
